Hmm, my first Canada Day! What shall I do to celebrate? I know. I'll take Mama and Baba to the FOI annual get together at Black Creek Pioneer Village. Hey look! Elizabeth and Katie are here with their parents too. Wow, Elizabeth is bigger than I am now! And she has way more teeth. I'd better start growing to catch up.

Afterwards, Princess Katie invited us back to her parent's palace for a royal meal. Here's Princess Katie with some of her royal friends from China. Thanks for the great party Uncle Rob and Auntie Aggie.
What an exhausting day. Being Canadian sure is tiring.

it was indeed a wonderful get-together, Maeve loved it ... and so did we, naturally! Thomas and even Julianne seem so grown up (certainly compared to Maeve!), and they were so welcoming to our wee one, and great fun for her to play with ...
These two new posts were actually added by Kitty (ie Kit Yee, aka Kathleen); unfortunately, I haven't had time to update the blog in a while, am extremely busy ... Kath wanted me to see what pics she posted, though, and she'll be putting up lots more soon. (Much easier to do so here in Ottawa, where Marcus and Lucilla have broadband, whereas we're still on prehistoric dial-up, so adding pics takes hours and hours at home!)
Have a great camping holiday, and hopefully we'll see you all again before we decamp ourselves back to Waterloo.
So happy so see that sweet Maeve again (and you guys too) Was jus thinking about sending an email to harass you!! Don't worry about those teeth Maeve, Helena was very late starting and she has them all now (actually she's missing two back molars, but that's some genetic mutation!!) Glad you are all well, and we look so forward to seeing more photos - now I understand, since you have to use dialup.

It was great to see photos of all of you. And, as a bonus, photos of Kate and Elizabeth. What a nice mini-reunion. We miss you, and wish we could have attended the FOI reunion too.
