Advertising in Asia

Greetings all from Saturday in Singapore!
The four of us are preparing to depart for Kuala Lumpur within the hour, and I haven't even got to our Singa-adventures. Very little time for blogging, believe it or not.
Explanation of the pig's noses on the three Chinese models: Chinese New Year's starting very soon, and it's the Year of the Pig! Also, the final pic shows the food court directory for a lah-dee-dah Asian mall called Paragon. We liked the funky names of the eateries: Yamagen, Nooch, Ah Mei, Blood Cafe, Starbucks, and Sushi Tei!
Ciao---and we're hoping for an internet connection from K-L, but who knows? If we vanish till Monday, we didn't find one ...
UPDATE:
We have reached our destination safely, and Kath's funky rock-climbing cousin Amos immediately linked us into his wireless network. Should be able to bring our blog up to date from Lucilla's brother Sam's home here in Kuala Lumpur, a city that is by far the most exotic and culturally distinct I've ever seen. To Kit Yee, of course, it's a homecoming to the familiar holiday sights and setting of her favourite childhood travels.
I'm bagged again, still fighting jet-leg.
So will post more after our trip to Ipoh tomorrow.

Hi Pat, Kathleen, Marcus and Lucilla,
We are in awe at the amazing descriptions of the places you are visiting - you are so lucky to be experiencing this together.
We are living your journey vicariously and await anxiously for news of your Maeve Cai Ling - the precious pot of gold at the end of your rainbow.
Thinking of you-
Colette, William,
Chris, Kiera, Sarah and Michael

Have fun in Ipoh!
I miss Uncle Sam's restaurant - hope to see the new place one day.
Make sure you see the market at night - that's a good time! And enjoy all the great fruit - just don't get that here.
Hello to all...
