It is 5:30 am in the morning of Saturday Feb 3rd here in Singapore, and the four of us are preparing to head for the airport, and our flight to Beijing ... A first-time entry into the PRC mainland for both Kath and I. Next post should be from northern China, as our hotel there is supposed to have net access. Hopefully we'll have an easy flight, and update you from the State Guest Hotel after we've met up with Yulin and the Canadian gang who've just returned with their babies from Guandong!
