One Step Closer to Home Today

It's 5:50 in the morning here on our last morning of Galactic Peace ...

Today we test Maeve in a whole new way: air travel via the very very small and narrow economy class seating provided by China's internal flights. Will email you an update from the State Guest back in Beijing tonight ...

After that, only more much longer but much roomier bulkhead seats trip home, post Great Wall, Tiananmen Square (bringing my smart Chai to Tiananmen Starbucks for Soy Chai Latte), Forbidden City ... Will see Pete and William at the end of a long day on the 15th!

Sad to be leaving Maeve's beautiful home province, but we must away ere break of dusk ...

Ciao, Pat and Kath with Smart Chai :)

hi guys - have a safe trip - it sounds like one more amazing adventure before leaving maeve's homeland - i think it's so cool that you are bringing her to the wall before she leaves china and returns with you to her new home in canada - what a great way to reinforce her homeland for her and to say goodbye to china...

we love you and are thinking of you all constantly...one more week until you're home and closer to the rest of us...woohoo!!

give maeve a kiss for us...

love

Not sure if you're familiar with homeopathy, but you may want to look into it when you are back. There are a couple of good remedies (totally safe for babes) that are good for grief/trauma/shock & stress. Ignatia is one, and Bach Flower Rescue Remedy. There are lots of good naturopaths/homeopaths back in KW. Good luck & travel well. Kathy.
